Improve Smart Checklist settings on Admin side

In this version we've improved ability to start with the way how companies can start validating and using Smart Checklist add-on for teams with big amount of projects.
- Added ability to Enable/Disable add-on for All projects
- Added pagination to make management of hundreds of projects easier
