To make it more intuitive fro for users and mimic work with a normal checklist on paper - we adjusted items' statuses representation style.
for Done - now its strikethrough

By following Atlassian marketplace guidelines and not to steal stealing the user's attention from the JIRA ticket itself - we changed the "+ Add Checklist" button style from primary to secondary.

When a checklist is not properly set - up for a particular JIRA project - we added a button "Ask for help.." so JIRA user users Contact Us directly and get support on Checklist installation.
