Create a Template
Go to the Template List
Click on the Create template button

The Template Edit edit screen will appear, where you can create your custom Issue Hierarchy template and pre-fill the fields you need

Go to the Template List
Click on
3-dots menu on for the Template you want to deleteClick on Delete
...
You will get Click OK in the confirmation window → click Ok
You will get the notification about success deleting of receive a notification confirming that the Template was deleted successfully
Duplicate a Template
Go to the Template List
Click on
3-dots menu on for Template you want to deleteClick on Duplicate
...
The window will appear. Type in the name of the new Template and click OK
Done!
Rename a Template
Go to the Template List
Expand the Template you want to rename by clicking on it
Click on the Template name field in order to edit it
Type in the new name for the Template and click the check button

Done! You Template is renamed
