If you want to link a Jira issue to your checklist item, do the following:
enter your issue key ( e.g., “KAN-2”) or add its link
hit ‘Enter’ or press '✓' to save your item
What you will get is a nicely represented issue badge with Summary and Status that automatically links to the referred issue.
