Go to Settings β Manage apps
Navigate to Find new apps
Find Smart Checklist β Proceed with either the Free trial or Buy now option.
Confirm the application installation by clicking on Accept & install.
Ensure that Smart Checklist is installed and enabled.
Navigate to a Jira Issue.
Locate Smart Checklist in the issue details section.
Enter any value in the Add a checklist item field, press Enter, and your first checklist will be created!

Create the checklist you want to save as a template in any issue.
Proceed by clicking on the three-dot icon located at the upper right corner of your checklist, then opt for Save as a Template.
Add a template name and click on Save.
The template has been successfully created! π
You can now make use of this template for any Jira Issue by following these steps:
5.1 Select the three-dot icon.
5.2 Choose Import from a Template.
5.3 Click on the Import button to add the checklist into the issue. π₯³

Since version 5.0.0 no additional configuration is needed to start using Smart Checklist add-on.
However, you may want to manage the add-on visibility on your Jira Projects. Once Smart Checklist is installed, it is available on your Projects by default. If you want to disable the add-on for some projects, follow Manage add-on visibility per project.
