Control users actions to work with Smart Checklist

It is possible to configure the permissions scheme for the Smart Checklist add-on directly. By default, the add-on emulates all the permissions configured in your Jira Permission Scheme with your projects. To control access more precisely you need to enable Custom Permissions on Smart Checklist. Read more with the links below:

If you cannot see custom Smart Checklist permissions on Project settings:

  • Edit permissions scheme page (for Company Managed projects)

  • Access page → Manage roles pop-up (for Team Managed projects)

Please navigate to the Manage Apps page and Update Smart Checklist Addon version.
