Custom Permissions

  • Enable custom permissions from Admin Console

  • Manage Project permissions (Classic/Company Managed, NextGen/Team Managed)

    • Add Smart Checklist Items - Ability to add Smart Checklist, checklist items, save template, apply template. You can (de)activate this permission setting under Smart Checklist settings page.

    • Set status of Smart Checklist Items - Ability to add Smart Checklist, checklist items, save template, apply template. You can (de)activate this permission setting under Smart Checklist settings page.

    • Delete Smart Checklist Items -

      Ability to delete checklist and checklist items. You can (de)activate this permission setting under Smart Checklist settings page.

    • Manage Smart Checklist Items -

      Ability to add new checklist items, edit, delete, change order and import templates. You can (de)activate this permission setting under Smart Checklist settings page.

    • View Smart Checklist -

      Ability to view Smart Checklist on the Jira issue page. You can (de)activate this permission setting under Smart Checklist settings page.
