Last event Tooltip on Checklist Item hover

Hovering over checklist items will display the latest action (the most recent history event) taken. Users will be aware of who and when make changes/updates to the checklist items.

Renamed 'Hide checklist from center panel' option in dropdown

The default position of the Smart Checklist is center. If you want to change the Smart Checklist add-on position on the Jira issue view, select “Keep in the right panel only” (previous Hide checklist from center panel) from the context menu.

To move the checklist back, select Show on the central panel (if hidden) OR Hide from the central panel (if not hidden).
