Get Started tab in the Smart Checklist Global Settings
We’ve introduced a Get Started tab in SC Global Settings, providing all the necessary links to help you explore the Smart Checklist's capabilities. Learn how to integrate checklists with other apps and optimize your workflow effortlessly.
Migration experience from Connect to Forge - Users/Admins overlay screens
We’ve significantly improved overlay messages for Jira users and site admins during the migration from Connect to Forge. Since migration can take time, users will now see clear progress indicators and instructions on what to do next.
👨💻 Admin View
The migration progress is now visible in SC Global Settings.
The migration process consists of five steps:
App Configuration
Global Templates
Project Templates
Checklists
Checklist History
Steps are processed automatically, one by one.
The progress is available for admins on the Global Settings tab once the overlay pop-up is closed.
Option to download migration logs and contact support team.
Migration Status Outcomes
✅ Successful Completion: All steps are marked with a green checkmark, and the overlay closes automatically, unblocking Smart Checklist usage.
⚠️ Warnings (Templates/Checklists/History): A detailed log is available for download. Click "Acknowledge" to proceed, or contact support if needed.
❌ Error in App Configuration (Step 1): The checklist remains blocked. Download the logs and contact support for assistance.

Users will see an overlay in the following areas:
Issue View (Right/Central Panels)
SC Project Settings
Assigned Items Page
Smart Checklist History Tab
Issues will be unblocked individually as migration progresses (unless errors/warnings occur).
Newly created issues remain fully functional during migration.
