Migration of Custom Permissions from Connect to Forge

If your team uses Custom Permissions in the Connect version of the app, no additional action is required after migrating to Forge.
All configured permission schemas and assignments are now successfully migrated and fully supported in Forge.

Support for multiple storage synchronization use cases

We now support synchronization of checklist data across a variety of states. The following cases are handled when the checklist data is stored in Forge:

• Checklist is present in the Checklists custom field, and issue properties are set

• Checklist is present in either the Checklists (migrated) or Checklists fields, with no issue properties set

• Checklists custom field is empty, and no issue properties are set

• Checklists custom field is empty, but issue properties are set

The synchronization process will transfer the checklist content between the Checklists Custom Field and Forge storage, generate all corresponding entity properties, and keep everything up to date.

To synchronize checklist data:

1. Go to Settings → Apps.

2. Select Smart Checklist Settings from the sidebar.

3. Open the Global Settings tab.

4. Click the Synchronize button.
