We’ve resolved an issue where confusing error messages appeared in the Customer Portal when the checklist wasn’t accessible to portal users (e.g. unlicensed JSM customers). These messages are caused by a known Forge limitation with JSM permissions (ECO-838).

Now, while the checklist panel title may still be visible due to Jira’s UI constraints (FRGE-1661), it no longer triggers repeated loading attempts or displays error messages - reducing confusion for your customers.
