😎 Pro Feature → How to Upgrade from Free to Pro Plan
Smart Checklist now lets users with the Administer Projects role apply templates not only on issue creation, but also on issue updates and transitions. This helps ensure consistency across projects, reduces manual work for teams, and enforces important process steps automatically.
You can configure custom triggers with additional conditions directly from the Advanced tab (available in both Issue view and Project Settings).

Checklist Items statuses
We’ve improved how statuses are displayed and managed:
Statuses are now displayed with a solid color for better visibility.
Status tooltip appears on the left side of the status name.
Drag & drop is available for statuses in Global Settings for easy reordering.
