👤 JIRA PERMISSION REQUIRED:
If you use Jira permissions: grant users Edit Issues (for Company-managed projects), Member or Administrator (for Team-managed projects) permissions to check/uncheck all items.
If you use Smart Checklist permissions: grant users Manage Smart Checklist Items or Set status of Smart Checklist Items permission to check/uncheck all items.

Overview
The Check/Uncheck All Items feature lets you update the status of all checklist items at once — saving time when managing large checklists.
Instead of marking each item manually as Done or To Do, you can now change the status of all items with a single click.
Here are a few practical use cases for this feature:
Closing multiple items for quick checklist completion ✅
Unchecking all items after cloning an issue ✏️
Resetting a checklist to start fresh 🔄
How it works
Go to the Smart Checklist menu in the Issue view
Select one of the available options:
✅ Check all items – All unchecked items will be moved to the Done status.
🔄 Uncheck all items – All checked items will be moved back to the To Do status.
Done! The status for all the items has been changed in one click 🎉
Each bulk action – whether checking or unchecking items – is recorded in the Smart Checklist History tab, allowing you to see who made such changes.
