Manage checklist items statuses within the Project
😎 Pro Features → How to Upgrade from Free to Paid Checklist
You can now manage checklist item statuses directly at the project level. This update brings more flexibility by:
Reducing clutter from globally irrelevant statuses.
Allowing teams to define custom statuses suited to their workflows.
Removing the need to involve a Jira Admin for every status update.
👤 JIRA PERMISSION REQUIRED: grant users Administer Projects permissions to manage Project Statuses from the Project Settings.
☝🏼NOTE: Global and default statuses can’t be edited or deleted from the project level.
Project Settings improvements:
New Statuses tab to manage checklist statuses within projects.
Issue view improvements:
A new Smart Checklist menu item: Manage Checklist Statuses.
Manage statuses option added to the item status dropdown
