Overview

Track checklist progress across multiple issues, epics, and projects in one place. Get a clear view of completion rates and how checklist items are distributed across different statuses.

Use cases:

  • Monitor aggregated checklist progress across multiple epics

  • Track progress across entire projects or teams

  • Identify bottlenecks by analyzing status distribution

  • Get a high-level view of work completion without opening individual issues

Add Gadget to Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the dashboard where you want to add the gadget

  2. Click Edit dashboard

  3. Search for Checklist Completion and click Add

  1. Configure the Gadget

    • Define issue scope using JQL

    • Select a grouping option – by Project/Epic/Issue

    • Adjust the refresh rate if needed

    • Adjust the number of results per page

    • Include the completion by status (Todo/In Progress/Skipped/Done) or keep it unchecked to only see the completion rate

    • Click Save

    ✅ Done! You’ll now see checklist statistics across multiple issues.

Edit Gadget

If you need to update the gadget configuration (such as issue scope or grouping):

  1. Open your dashboard and click Edit dashboard

  2. Locate the Checklist Completion gadget

  3. Click the three dots menu

From here, you can:

  • Reconfigure the gadget

  • Duplicate it

  • Delete it
