Smart Checklist Rovo Agent can help you to search for checklists, calculate progress, and generate & create checklist templates.

To start, switch to Smart Checklist Rovo Agent in your Rovo chat.

Search for Checklists

With Smart Checklist Rovo Agent, you can search for checklists based on:

  • Assigned users or user mentions

  • Completion status (completed or not)

  • Number of checklist items (e.g., more than 10 or 20 items)

  • Specific checklist statuses (e.g., “QA failed”)

✨ Suggested prompts:

  • Find issues with checklist items assigned to me

  • Find issues when checklist has status name status

  • Find issues when checklist is completed/not completed

  • Find issues when checklist has (more, less) checklist count items

☝️NOTE: After each response you’ll see the link to Jira Search to verify results.

 

Calculate Checklist Progress

Smart Checklist Rovo Agent can calculate progress for issues within a specific Epic.

✨ Suggested prompt:

  • Show checklist progress for all issues in issue key

 

Create Checklist Template

You can generate and create checklist templates directly using Smart Checklist Rovo Agent.

✨ Suggested prompts:

  • Create a “Definition of Done” checklist template

After Rovo suggested you the checklist template, you’ll see the suggestion to save it as project or global template.
