Overview

View all checklist items assigned to a specific user across Jira issues in one place.

This helps you quickly track ownership and monitor assigned tasks ✅

Add Gadget to Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the dashboard where you want to add the gadget

  2. Click Edit dashboard

  3. Search for Checklist assigned to me and click Add

  1. Configure the Gadget

    • Select users you’d like to monitor checklist items assigned

    • Click Save

    ✅ Done! You’ll now see assigned checklist items to the selected user(s)

Edit Gadget

If you need to update the gadget configuration:

  1. Open your dashboard and click Edit dashboard

  2. Locate the Checklists assigned to me gadget

  3. Click the three dots menu

From here, you can:

  • Reconfigure the gadget

  • Duplicate it

  • Delete it
