Add Gadget to Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the dashboard where you want to add the gadget

  2. Click Edit dashboard

  3. Search for Checklist Pie Chart and click Add

  1. Configure the Gadget

    • Define issue scope using JQL

    • Select a grouping option – by Status Category (Completed/Not Completed), Status, Assignee

    • Adjust the refresh rate if needed

    • Click Save

  1. ✅ Done! You’ll now see checklist statistics across multiple issues.

Edit Gadget

If you need to update the gadget configuration (such as issue scope or grouping):

  1. Open your dashboard and click Edit dashboard

  2. Locate the Checklist Pie Chart gadget

  3. Click the three dots menu

From here, you can:

  • Reconfigure the gadget

  • Duplicate it

  • Delete it
