Smart Checklist default statuses are available right after installation with no extra setup needed.

Smart Checklist custom statuses

👤 JIRA PERMISSION REQUIRED: Admin rights are needed to add custom statuses.

Smart Checklist allows you to go beyond the default statuses by creating custom ones. To add a custom status:

  1. Go to Manage Apps → Smart Checklist → Settings → Statuses.

  2. Enter the status name, select color and state and click Add

  1. Done! You can use your new custom status now 🎉
