Some tips on importing checklists from a CSV file to Jira
1. Make sure you have "Checklists" custom field setup and enabled for the screens of the project you are migrating Trello cards to. In case you haven't set it up yet, please follow these instructions.
2. While importing your CSV file to Jira, please make sure to
- map Summary CSV field to Summary Jira field and check 'Map field value'
- map Checklists CSV field to Checklists Jira field, however, make sure to leave 'Map field value' checkbox empty
These are the basic requirements for the checklists to get rendered successfully.
