Click Create template button

The Template Edit screen will appear, where you can create your custom Issue Hierarchy and pre-fill fields you need

Delete a Template
Go to the Template List
Click on
3-dots menu on Template you want to deleteClick on Delete

You will get the confirmation window → click Ok
You will get the notification about success deleting of the Template
Duplicate a Template
Go to the Template List
Click on
3-dots menu on Template you want to deleteClick on Duplicate
...
Type in the name of the new Template
Done!
Rename a Template
Go to the Template List
Expand the Template you want to rename by clicking on it
Click on the Template name field in order to edit it
Type in the new name for the Template and click the check button

Done! You Template is renamed
