Browse Projects Permission: Users can view issues and access Smart Checklist content, but they cannot make any modifications to the checklists.
Edit Issue Permission: Users can edit checklists, including marking items as done or undone, modifying item content, and adding or deleting items.
Administer Projects Permission: Users can create and modify templates, as well as set them as defaults. Appropriate permissions can be assigned through Project Settings → Users and Roles → Add Users to a Role.
