Highlight a person with "@" symbol inside checklist item
Could be used to mention a responsible for certain part of the process.
NOTE: highlight (tagging, mentioning) of certain person will NOT trigger any notification as it works as simple markup highlight on a Front End.

Bugfix
- Full Screen Editor opened twice occasionally. That caused an effect that part of newly added text disappeared from Editor after "Save" button clicked.
