Smart Checklist allows users to add additional notes for any checklist item. We call them “Guides”. Guides helps to add additional contexts or instructions for Doers or tasks executors.
That way user can explain not only “What to do” but also “How to do that”. Just like that
Adding guide
- Start from Checklist Edit mode. Use ">" symbol at the beginning of row which you want to add to the guide.
- Save changes and see how checklist rendered.
- As all guides are collapsed by default in a view mode - click link to show newly added guide.
