We are retiring the Pivotal Tracker Connector for Jira starting from Aug 1, 2021.

That means that the application will be removed from the client’s instances and won’t be available on the Atlassian marketplace for installation.

The reason - we have no plans on investing and supporting an application due to the full focus on the Smart Checklist addon for Jira.
