Jira permissions needed: Administer Projects to convert checklist item to Jira issue

Smart Checklist permissions needed: Delete Smart Checklist Items and Manage Smart Checklist Items to convert checklist item to Jira issue

Convert checklist item to Jira issue:

Press three dots on the right from the item status and select “Convert to Jira issue”:
