  1. Go to Smart Checklist menu, choose "Import from a Template".



  2. You'll see Templates dialog with the list of all Templates per project.



  3. Chose the one you'd like to add to your Jira issue and click "Import".

  4. You will be asked for confirmation to append Template to your current issue checklist.

  5. A checklist will be imported into your issue
