Add notification on Smart Checklist update
Starting from version 2.5.42-AC it becomes possible to receive notifications on any changes/updates done for the Smart Checklist applied to the issues.
A new section "Notify on checklist update" is added to the Global Settings. It is disabled by default.
To enable the feature in Global Settings - please follow the next steps:
Navigate to the Apps → Manage your apps → Smart Checklist Settings.
Navigate to the “Global Settings” tab.
Turn on the “Notify on checklist update” toggle:
Supported actions to receive notifications:
add/edit/delete checklist items in quick view and full-screen
change the status of checklist items
reorder checklist items
import a template
add/edit/delete details
convert to Jira issue
clear checklist
You could configure per project who will receive notifications on checklist updates.
Follow the steps below to configure:
Navigate to Project > Project Settings
Select notifications on the left
Click Actions > Edit Notifications - if you want to change
Add/Delete anyone you need for Issue Update
Add a “Retry” button to restore the timed-out connection that caused an "Unauthorized" error
If you are facing an “Unauthorized” error for Smart Checklist on an issue view or Smart Checklist Settings you will see a “Retry” button. Click it and Smart Checklist content will be reloaded and become available again.
