Basic Flow

Basically, process is pretty straightforward: you just choose the document storage (Confluence or GDrive), define document template, set Slack channel and recurrence schedule.

Then NoteMate creates document and post links to Slack, so your team gets prepared notes structure before event starts.

Create your first event. Step by Step guide

1. Open http://notemate.co and
2. Sign-in using Google authorization
3. Click "Create New event"
   1. Set Event name
4. Choose Documents storage
   1. Set Storage Type
      1. "Google Drive" or "Confluence"
      2. If "Google Drive" chosen
         1. Then you'll need to choose a GDrive Folder, where whole notes structure will be stored
         2. dd

      3. If "Confluence" selected- choose connection you want to use
      4. If no confluence connection created yet, then you'll be opted to create one:

   2. Set Google Drive Folder
   3. Set Notes Root Folder
   4. Set Document Name
   5. Make sure form Preview that the structure and naming is ok
5. Choose Templates
6. Set Notification channel
7. Set Recurrence
