Custom permissions

You could enable custom permissions to view and work with Smart Checklist from Admin Console. The Smart Checklist settings page has a separate tab - Permissions.

  • Manage Project permissions available:

    • Add Smart Checklist Items - Ability to add checklist items, view template list, and save/apply a template.

    • Set status of Smart Checklist Items - Ability to change the status of checklist items.

    • Delete Smart Checklist Items - Ability to delete checklist items.

    • Manage Smart Checklist Items - Ability to add new checklist items, edit, delete, change order, change status, view template list, import and save templates.

    • View Smart Checklist - Ability to view Smart Checklist on the Jira issue page.

Add the “Leave Review” button

You could leave a review by clicking on a (thumbs up) button. There is an option available in the pop-up to hide this button and don’t show it again:

Display the full name of the assignee in the checklist item that has a username as a shortcode (letters with numbers)

If you are using shortcodes as a username for users in your Jira instance like this:

In the checklist item when you assign it to a user it will be displayed as a full name.
