Сache is not replicated across different DC nodes
Users do not see Smart Checklist changes by each other when accessing Jira from different DC cluster nodes. The main reason is that our cache is not replicated correctly via different nodes.
With this fix, the Smart Checklist app should correctly work in a collaborative mode on different cluster nodes.
