Сache is not replicated across different DC nodes

Users were not able to see Smart Checklist changes made by their team members when accessing Jira from different DC cluster nodes. The main reason for that was that our cache was not replicated correctly via different nodes.

With this fix, the Smart Checklist app should correctly work in a collaborative mode on different cluster nodes.
