Assigned Checklist Items page
Track all your checklist items across all Jira projects on one unified page! 🚀
Overview
The Smart Checklist Items page gives you a centralized view of checklist items that require your attention across all Jira projects. Instead of opening individual issues, you can quickly see what is assigned to you or where you've been mentioned, making it easier to prioritize and track your work.
To open the page, navigate to the Jira left sidebar, select Apps, and click Smart Checklist Items.
Assigned checklists
The Assigned tab displays checklist items where you are explicitly set as the assignee.

Mentions
The Mentions tab displays checklist items where you've been tagged within the checklist item text using the @mention syntax.

Using the Page
Hide completed items: toggle this option to hide completed checklist items and focus on work that still requires action.
Open the Jira issue: click the Jira issue key or summary to navigate directly to the corresponding issue.
