Automation of meeting notes and documents creation is very helpful when you have to create them with regular frequency.
On daily basis it is not a big work, just about 5 minutes. But it will take 25 minutes a week and 1.5 hours in total a month for only one regular meeting document!
Obviously it's annoying and time consuming.
Usually product/project manager works with several teams on a few contexts, so time saving and setting up proper process become more critical.
