Easily choose projects where you want Smart Checklist to be displayed.

👤 PERMISSION REQUIRED: Jira System Administrator global permissions are required.

Single Project Update

  1. Navigate to the Manage Apps page under the Jira Administration menu, find Smart Checklist in the left sidebar, and click on Settings.

  2. Toggle the Smart Checklist feature on or off for the projects where you want to enable or disable it.

This will hide or show the Smart Checklist panel in both the Issue View and the Agile Board view.

Bulk Project Update

  1. Navigate to the Manage Apps page under the Jira Administration menu, find Smart Checklist in the left sidebar, and click on Settings.

  2. On the Projects tab, open the 3-dot menu and select either Enable for All or Disable for All.

  1. Toggle the Enable Smart Checklist for new projects by default option to automatically activate Smart Checklist for all future Jira projects.
