Smart Checklist for Cloud Jira supports visibility of Smart Checklist on the Customer Portal in read only mode 🙌🏻

Smart Checklist Visibility on the Customer Portal

Smart Checklist can be displayed on the Jira Service Management Customer Portal in read-only mode.
For the checklist to appear on the customer portal, the feature must be enabled in both Global Settings and Project Settings. If it is disabled in either place, the checklist will not be visible to customers.

Enable or Disable in Global Settings

To enable or disable the feature globally:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Manage your apps.

  2. Open Smart Checklist Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Global Settings tab.

  4. Toggle Show on customer portal on or off.

Global settings control the default behavior for all projects.

Enable or Disable in Project Settings

Project settings must also allow the feature for the checklist to appear on the customer portal.

To configure it:

  1. Navigate to your Service project.

  2. Open Space settings →Apps → Smart Checklist.

  3. Go to the Project Settings tab.

  4. Turn the Show on customer portal toggle on or off.

Project settings override Global Settings. If the option is disabled in the project, the checklist will not appear on the portal even if it is enabled globally.
