Manage global templates

This option is available for users with System Admin permissions only

Go to Manage apps → Smart Checklist → Settings → Templates

Enable Templates

You can Enable/Disable template in the list or while editing a template

  • Enabled (default )- visible in Project templates list and default rule applied

  • Disabled - neither visible nor applied as the default template

Copy Template

  • Click on 3-dot menu → Copy

  • The Create Template form will be opened with all the template values prefilled

Filter Templates

  • To search template: Enter a template name and click Enter

  • To return to default state - remove filter criteria and click Enter

Check Issue types for Default scope

Look at “Issue Types” in the Templates list. Click “Multiple issue types”.

Check the Projects visibility scope

Look at “Projects” in the Templates list. Click “Multiple Projects”.
