Improved formatting options for headers in Smart Checklist

You can add formatting to headers in Smart Checklist.

You can make the text bold, italic, or emphasized just like you would for the text in checklist items.

CSS resource excluded from the Jira global context

Smart Checklist custom field is now correctly displayed (and styled) on every screen, including the following ones:

• Issue view

• Issue navigator

• Dashboard gadget

• Notification email
