Details

To fix duplication of checklist items for existing templates, you will need to update the data in your database.

We have prepared SQL queries to help identify these templates and delete the duplicates.

Please find all the queries (based on your database type) on the Troubleshooting page.

Alternatively, if you identify templates that cause duplication of items you have several options to fix it from UI:

• Re-save the existing template from Global Settings (no need to alter the content).

• Or make a copy of the template, save it, and then delete the existing template with duplicates.

• Or create a new template and delete the existing template with duplicates.
