Linked Templates feature

Linked Templates are advanced Smart Checklist templates that stay connected to issues where they were imported. If a linked template is changed, those changes will immediately be reflected in all issues where the template has been imported. Additionally, end users cannot edit the checklist items of the linked template within Jira issues; they can only update the status.

Issue Cloning feature

Settings for Issue Cloning that puts users in control of how checklists are handled when cloning issues. New options to customize the cloning process, giving users the ability to tailor it to their workflow.

Clone Checklists Setting

Users can now decide if they want their checklists to be cloned along with the issue and whether they want to reset the statuses.

Introducing Checklist UI to edit Templates

There is now an additional way to edit templates directly from the Project Settings or Issue View:

Checklist UI - where you edit the template in the same way as you would edit the checklist items on the Issue View.
